We accompany teams in the process of implementing Lean methology, from the first phase of training through the different phases of value identification, measurement and analysis, implementation of different tools (5S, kanban, just in time, kaizen ...) to standardize the changes.

1. Preliminary analysis
Prior to contracting phase of a project which aims to identify areas for improvement through different diagnostic tools. Focused on a workweek.

We use a methodology based on Six Sigma and Lean Management, where the human component plays a key role. Integration with the team of our client is the key to the success of our projects.

2. Detailed analysis
Once hired the project and defined its objectives and scope, this study focuses on opportunities to deepen specific improvement. During this phase, work plan with schedule and milestones is organized.
